How It Works:

  • Sign-up cutoff: Subscriptions placed on or before the last day of each month will receive the upcoming month’s Painted Post.

  • Mailing schedule: Letters are mailed within the first week of each month.

  • Billing: Payment is processed immediately at sign-up and automatically renews monthly on the same calendar date.

  • By subscribing, you acknowledge that The Painted Post is an ongoing monthly subscription until you choose to cancel.

  • FREE (untracked) shipping on all US subscriptions.

FAQ’s:

  • When will my first letter ship?
    If you subscribe on or before the last day of the month, your first Painted Post will ship within the first week of the following month. So if you subscribe anytime between February 1-28, your letter will mail between March 2-6 and you will receive the March collection.

  • When will I be billed?
    You are billed immediately when you sign up, and then monthly on the same calendar date.

  • Can I track my letter?
    The Painted Post is sent via regular letter mail (untracked). Most US letters arrive within 1–2 weeks after mailing, 3-4 weeks internationally.

  • What if I haven’t received my letter?
    If your letter hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of the US mailing date or 4 weeks of the international mail date, please reach out using the contact form and I’ll be happy to help. Requests for reshipment must be made within 1 month of the original mailing date.

  • How can I update my address or payment details?
    You can manage your address, payment information, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If you need assistance, feel free to contact me via the contact form.

  • I entered the wrong address, help!
    No worries! Please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to update it before your letter is mailed.
